True as a Nevada company I think they can raise it whenever they want to. I'm not worried about an RS seeing how the new insiders want to protect their stake.

Are you going to try the TA? The IR said a week ago it indeed was 5 bill but they are so out of touch I rely mostly on what I said above. The TA and the fact to me the insider wouldn't RS their own money. They RS'd the shell in Nov to set up this structure afterall.
