it's been a good day to be short, no doubt, and selling the morning rally was nice. but this ain't big enough for me to call it a dump. give me a 1050 SPX print or NDX @ 1200 then we'll talk about dumpsters. -ggg- the question is whether the impending spill started a few days ago or not. i wish i knew for sure but have no doubt most here will make nice coin regardless! i think it's time to have homebuilders on a put buying strategy like the rat buy plan. i started a little early myself but traded around the stocks well (mostly TOL and DHI) and am more confident in the idea although damned if i know the peak hit already or will in coming months. NVR is one HB stock to watch as well. believe it only has 1 conference call once a year and it's long term outperformance vs. its peers is largely a function of a lot of stock bought back by the company. bond yields continued rise has serious negative ramifications for stocks and the economy at large.
