So true. It was facinating to watch Bush talk about 9/11 and Saddam in the same sentance or in the same passage and yet never directly link the two. The masters of propaganda Republicans knew that it didn't matter in the American public mind. Just mentioning the two along side one another was enough to make the public believe they were linked, even though he wasn't actually saying that, and therefore could cover his tracks later. Brillant in a sick and sad way.
