RCVA (OTCBB) this company purchases consumer charge offs. It is a profitable company and significantly underpriced. Take a look at what happened to ECPG, it started on the OTCBB 3 years ago at $0.25 and now trades on NASDAQ at$17.71 Both companies are in the same business.
