It would be a way to pay for all the irresponsible programs and spending through the past decades...the increase is taxes is necessitated by failed social programs and stupid spending by our government. To support irresponsible spending is stupid and irresponsible. I can't figure you out. Giving more to that irresponsible group is like giving a bottle of gin to an alcoholic.
