You'll be running yourself ragged..don't waste your time on Epcot...IMHO it is getting dated, and there isn't much to see...Tomatoes growing up vines..whoopy! But do stay for the parade and fireworks at least one night. There are all types of water sports at the Polynesian...If you're staying in the park, you can go there.
