Why should there be such a narrow specially tailored exception to the bankruptcy laws. If one target of a lawsuit can use bankruptcy another target should be able to as well. I'm open to discussing the idea of how much bankrupcy should shield people in general from lawsuits but I don't see why one target should get singled out. Tim
