Sure does sound "Heavenly". I have some friends with a place like that... really beautiful but their laneway is a bit slippery in winter. However, it has certain redeeming qualities that make it all worthwhile...such as being able to look out the livingroom window and see elk wandering by in the front yard. Of course some people wouldn't like that too much at all I guess... However, they sure do...(-:
