Thanks for your response (thought you had neglected my post)!

Please answer two more questions for me:

1. What is the public float on DCIC (I know there are about 4 million shares outstanding)?

2. Franklin's Mr. Frank Peters had been quoted that he would like to see FTEL shares at $10 by March 1997. What would you like DCIC shares to be by March 1997? (Don't worry, we won't hold you to it!)
