I know that trading on inside info, which she clearly did, is illegal. It does not matter if you are technically an insider by virtue of your position with the co. insider trading is also trading on info that is not public. the whole bunch should be prosecuted, and made to pay reparations! The fact that Jain is still a multimillionare or billionare- walking the street- makes me sick. What the hell is the SEC for?? O
