What the hell is the SEC for?? I ask myself the same question...How can people this crooked get off, and yet Martha goes to jail.

Jain was worse than the Enron people. He not only knew that INSP was cooking, but in fact, encouraged the hiding of their financial situation, and thus defrauding the public.

I still want to know how the two "investment houses" failed to find his deception...make that deceptions.
