I bought some puts, just a small bet on it going to chapter 11. If they aren't planning a reorg then why: (1) bring in bk specialist to serve as CEO; (2) why is he only working parttime ... most companies like to have a fulltime ceo; and (3) why doesn't he have the authority to make management changes. If a reorg wasn't in the cards they would look for a fulltime permanent ceo rather than a temporary parttime guy.
