Er no. Read an article today that tracked malpractice awards and settlements in texas and it found that there has been no increase in either the number or amounts of awards in the last several years. BTW nationaly malpractice insurance accounts for a little less than one percent of health care costs. I'm sure you will want to deny these facts but they are facts non the less.
