Hello Art, I have to refer you back to Frank's post #355. Check out page 5 of the attachment. I believe it's the 2nd paragraph, which states the 4.9% limit. As I read it, the firm can only hold 4.9% at any given time. They can sell and buy (convert), but they have to maintain that level.

I got alot of responses to that post. This is just pure speculation on my part, food for thought. It's probably not the case. I'm just considering some of the possibilities, which I thought might be interesting to hash over. Hopefully as we get to the $25m financing this stock will gain some firm positive ground and this will all be academic.
