Several months ago, someone posted here a short excerpt from ABC's quarterly report which related to STAY's lawsuit against them. I just finished browsing ABC's 10Q dated Feb 7 and found no mention at all of the suit. I asked John a few days ago about the progress of the suit. He said we're waiting for the judge to make some rulings. (I thought those rulings were scheduled for last month.) Does anyone know anything about what is going on? Perhaps we should become a bit more proactive relative to that matter.....
