CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department want the assistance of the public in locating William H. Yee, who is wanted for a grand jury indictment for securities fraud.

From May to December 1993, Yee allegedly sold shares of "William Yee's School of Financial Services" to investors but failed to open the school or return any money to investors. Yee's last known address in Hawaii was 335 Merchant Street. Yee, who claimed he was a New York stock broker, is believed to have left the island but may return periodically.
