With RFID tags, they won't need a chip to track you. They'll just scan you from afar and associate your tags (there could be dozens in your clothing, car, even ingested) with YOU. Further scans simply correlate your new position with your set of known-to-be-you RFIDs.

I presume that there will be a scanner you can buy for home use which will allow you to blow them out (over amplify). If not, I'll build one myself. You can have it strobe every hour, much like the EMP that can blow out electronics. But of course then I'll be the persons with no tags and so tracked that way. <g>
