It makes sense to me now, thanks. But everybody is playing some kind of game toward a political end. The US is playing and encouraging the exact opposite. Low interest rates and debt is their solution to prosperity. Talk about prosperity, last February, the US happily overspent a new world record of 113.9 billion. Projected was 115, so they are slightly under projection, which is probably bad?

Some of the projected figures in the above article just don't make sense to me, but I am sure it must be good news nevertheless.
