Ian, I agree with you. I have too many ugly memories about the Steag/Mattson merger, including the subsequent cash drain that almost sank MTSN and did away with Brad. Personally, if I held GGNS at this time, I would sell and look for another beaten down stock in the sector. There are no shortages at this time to choose from, including KLIC, LTXX, ASYT, TWAV, EGLS and even TRKN.
