That's not what I'm alluding to at all. Raise rates so that they are at least neutral, if not a little higher. Start shutting down the relentless house as ATM, Bully consumer import Asian goods scenario. Make a real, not phony stab at the ballooning twin deficits. The Bernanke and Greenspan speeches about the need "to be patient" is not what the foreigners want to hear though. Once again the MoP is flirting with a meltdown, as the Genie is coming out of the bottle.
