Ordinarily a man with George W. Bush's IQ level and academic preparation could not succeed in any of our successful business corporations. It would be very difficult for a person of his intellectual capabilities to climb to the top of Intel or even AMD.

So he wisely decided to get into politics...

But, somehow, he is in a position where we need an intellectual giant - or even a decent intellect who seriously applies himself.

You are dreaming, the American people would never cast their vote on an intellectual giant for office! Common people vote for somebody they can identify with or just slightly above that level. Not only in the US by the way.
