ZAPZ, since this is a French company I wouldn't put it passed the Bushies to crack the knuckles of this company with the MPG via EPA. After all Jacques Chirac all but kicked Bush in the arse. After losing some market, then, as you said Jon, a little itty bitty car like this "really" does get near 60 mpg. I'd place my money on this diddling around with ZAP by the EPA; at some point in time EPA will acknowledge they made an error. GR
