The Financialwire story about someone buying 100% of the float is not true. The float was much larger than the number purchased by Simpson, and the shares came from the company. GLKCE issued 600 million shares via an S8 before their reverse split, which were not subject to that reverse split.

Simpson tuns out to be the CEO of another penny stock deal (ZANC), which itself had a 1 for 350 reverse split recently.

Looks to me like the senator was set up.
