Can't do two things at once. You might sell half of your holdings as a compromise, but if I were you I would wait at least until the end of the year or early next year. Unless the market crashes, it doesn't seem as if Vical is going below its 10 - 12 basing range right now. I would wait to see what the new "business arrangement" might be.
