Housing has tripled in the Keys in the last 5 years.

I would understand that, middle keys being one of the greatest areas in the US of A.

But at the same time I have been informed that San Diego prices toppled anything in the nation with ZC 92107 coming out on top of it all during the last 5 years.

Where is the truth?

Compared to CA, FLA real estate is still a bargain. For years, there was hardly any appreciation at all.....esp. in the northern part of the state. The west coast is the price leader......unfortunately.
