I think I would have to call the entity that left me the books my book buddy, since it turns out it was a friend of mine. She was cleaning out her bookcase and thought of me :-)
Some of the books I have read, but she figured I could pass them on to the kids in my classes- Morality for Beautiful Girls, Violin, Women of the Silk, Le Divorce, and the Passion of Artemesia fall in to that category. The other books I received were as follows: The Book Borrower (an appropriate title), Man for Himself, The Greenlanders (a Smiley novel I have never read! Oh Joy), The Probably Future, The Earthquake Bird, A Voice from The Attic, Long Time no See, Signals of Distress, Absolute Friends and Paradise Park.
