We are petless for the first time in 15 years, and I love it. I can't believe we can leave the house without worrying about water, food, kitty litter, cat sitters. And my new carpet. It stays new without kids or pets on it. I was thinking today how there are parts of rooms in this house that have never been trod upon! The carpet is still brand new! No, I am ready to be selfish for a while. Your cat thinks he is Michelle Pfeiffer. I think it would be fun to have him there, appreciating your musical offerings, unless he starts trying to sing the blues. Speaking of Blue, he used to sit on the piano bench next to me when I played. The other cats didn't care for it at all. And Myers Kitty HATED the guitar. Normally the most sociable of cats, he would run and hide when CW came over carrying a guitar case. Maybe he had heard about catgut strings and was worried CW would have an emergency.
