What did you mean by you see him as a major betrayal? Did you mean that Bush hasn't treated him right? If that is the case, I agree. Bush squeezed Blair for cooperation and gave nothing in return. I guess recently he's condemned the IRA. So that's something, but it seems a little too little and too late.
