Look. Maybe I want to believe that our leaders aren't as diabolically clever as you seem to think they are and maybe that makes me biased, but I seriously doubt we have him in our sights. If we did, Bush would have used that card to ensure he got re-elected. Or if we do have him in our sights, it could be that we are gaining valuable intelligence from the comings and goings of his couriers. There is a good chance we can glean more value out of watching him than out of killing or capturing him, at least in the short term.
