So, what would you do to completely fight terrorism?

I'm not sure that you can battle terror with terror. What is terrorism anyway? I keep getting stuck on the one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.

For example, in the Boston Tea Party, surely the Brits were calling the upstart Colonists terrorists. And the Colonists call the brits by the same name.

How do you fight terror? You really can't fight terror, if it's the reaction to oppression...till you stop oppressing. In the day to day battle for control in Iraq, "terrorists" attack out of the shadows. They strike quick and hard...and they don't care if they come back alive. How do you fight that? I don't think we know how to do that. The generals in Iraq would be doing it right now there if there was a way do do that. Possibly you double the number of boots on the ground, and you get more in to peace keeping. More policing, more checkpoints, more identification. All that takes a tremendous amount of resources.

Will you be able to cover every point?

That's my point...you can't cover every point. So the only thing we can do is to be moral, generous, peaceful, respectful and decent. And on top of all that we need to be strong too.

I am interested in hearing your plan.

I doubt that your still awake.
