New lows with private equity deal at about 7.20 and accretive acquisitions. Company needs to learn how to manage its finances betters such that they don't open the door to these types of runs.

I bought some Friday as I feel it's the bottom and that the company is now priced as if Quantum Sniffer will add nothing.
