"They" would be your basic Pig Men crowd: trading desks, 9000 hedge funds, commodity momo daytraders, and the people (that feed them the Ponzi leverage, and then do the propaganda touts ()on CNBC etc, to draw in even suckers (the general public) into important market tops). My belief, is that this has become a huge part of the Greenspan hedge fund/casino, pump and dump economy. The COT, and the 200,000 SWAG is a way of measuring the positions of "they". I've been posting this here regularly for a couple years, and watching it has "been berry good to me." 64.82.65.31 () Have you noticed how CNBC now trots out all the folks (like Simmons) who have been prophetic (but ignored), right at the wrong time?
