With due respect to you both, all i can see from the message you applaud is the dictum; "Don't buy on pull backs. As a system it won't work consistently". Does this imply that some different system WILL work consistently ? Where's the beef ?

Stocks prices have volatility. Selling because a stock has dropped intra-day, must surely be no better than buying for that reason. Moreover, buying because a stock has gone up, can be no better than buying because it has gone down.
