The 13D filing by Robert C. Simpson states that he spent $5,205.00 of his personal funds on 2/3/2005 to acquire 1,158,209 shares of GLKCE, which (he claims in the filing) “make up 100 percent of the issued and outstanding common stock of the Issuer”

A big-time naked shorting operation against a company supposedly valued at just over $5,000? How that passes anyone's laugh test is beyond me.

Once again, at the bottom of an alleging of naked shorting is a company not being honest about the state of its share float. If our friend will have that be a part of his Congressional investigation, then maybe we have something discussable.
