Cindy and Amy have become next to worthless for me. I'm shutout and kept off alot more the last week or two than I'm allowed to connect. On the very rare days that I'm able to connect before the market opens, I'm disconnected shortly after open and unable to connect for most of the rest of the day. I suspect word of ITrader is getting around and the servers are probably just overloaded. Sure a pain and disappointing.
