Amy, On a different note, don't worry too much about a manager that takes credit because eventually the system catches this. Over time, people will remember and want the guy that did the work, not the manager that took credit.

Don't worry, that was back when I was pretty low on the "food chain."

As for partisan politics, have you noticed how many Democrat politicians have tried to emulate Clinton without success? Gray Davis is a good example ... if you don't count the charisma or lack thereof.
