Well, what's your conclusion about all this anyway? It seems to me (no surprise here) that if more 17-19 year olds are engaging in healthy sexual activity with each other, that's a good thing. Healthy sex is good, right?

Are you just bringing up the increased number of incidents with no view of it?

Or are you saying their should be better education about the STD issues involved, so the activity can be more healthy?

Or are you saying that their should be increased discussion of the emotional ramifications of the activity, to make it more emotionally healthy?

If your observation is accurate (more kids are sexually active than before), so?
