"ANWAR is a BIG oil find." Depends on what you consider "big" I guess. The oil companies (like CVX) who --- after seeing the preliminary drilling results --- pulled out sure don't seem to think it's all that. On the other-hand, offshore FLORIDA likely is the biggest yet-undrilled oil reserve in the US. Look for Florida to be the big fight... with the Feds and Big Oil on one side, and Disney and Jeb and the local Chamber of Commerces on the other.
