I am shocked that (1) anyone would post an article from Salon.com and expect to be taken seriously and (2) how can there realistically be 2.3 Trillion unaccounted for dollars when the entire defense budget is something like $480 Billion?

But little details like this do not seem to matter to you....seize the article anyway!
