An MD in my extended family refers to this panoply of symptoms as “QuadRx”:

1. Fibromyalgia
2. CFIDS
3. Irritable bowel syndrome
4. Interstitial cystitis

He says he has a whole lot of female patients with two or three of the above complaints. He thinks all of them are BS (FWIW).
