Condor I think that the insurers have a good idea who's time may be too late or not I do not know. Personally I think most people have too much debt. I own 73 % of my home and plan on paying the other 27% off this year. Debt bothers me but not a lot of people. I see it as a problem and others may not see it that way. Seems like people borrow more every year and life goes on. We could get a lot more toys if we borrowed though. <g> What do you think about the personal debt buildup in America and Canada too if people are going into hock up there also? Tom
