a patent is a patent. it is the Law. even cube and scientific atlanta don't have patents on some of their "multiple-purpose, multiple compression algorithm" digital video set-top products. this little company Innovacom, who isn't even selling digital video set tops, get a "exclusive" patent. God bless America -- power to the masses. I'm going to get patent for an embedded earth network (SI profile) and design a sketch from my garage. "A Global Centralized Network powered by embedded solutions, ATMs, giggabits, and Feces."
