James, re. the questions you want to pose to Kopstein, you could probably call the co. and speak directly with him. In the past I found that he was accessible to investors.

I think that the December news release could come back to haunt him when the day comes that he misses those forecasts and the stock price falls, both. That would be a combination that the trial lawyers could really clean up on.

I would expect that the 4th quarter will be stronger, just as he says, because it always has been. Fixed costs will be covered better by higher revenue during that one quarter. Cnversely,, Q1 might not look that great.
