what indicator is that?

my point is that we're more likely to get a move similar to mid 02 to late 03 this time, but now the assets start at 150.

I have no evidence of this other than a gut feel. but the rydex assets and cash flow have been moving up significantly w/o a big move in the HUI. I'd guess the smart money is accumulating, which I think nspolar was saying.
