There is no difference between what this guy did and what Helen Thomas does. Excuse me? Besides the obvious idiocy of your response, I am not talking about what he did...I am talking about what the adminstration did. To gain access to the WH press corp, one goes through a deep background check. What kind of an opinion do you suppose do the people around bush have of him to take such a step? The press is by its very nature indipendent and adversarial. You want it that way. When the state starts to control the message and intimidates the press, as they have done with Helen Thomas to use the name you brought up, you have a one party state and you open the gates to abuse of power.
