The short position on iatv as of 8-15-97 was 38,000.

However there is a upc71 flag on the stock which is an indicator that
there are people selling the stock and have not delivered there shares
at a higher percentage than normal on this stock. (the stragedy is to sell
and then convert their pffd to pay back)

This proves that there are people selling and shorting the stock in
the last 2 weeks.
If this is true it is illegal if the intention is to manipulate the
price to get more pffd. I have already alerted the NASD But more has
to be done collectively by the shareholders.
