Rising wages to match outrageous real estate prices would make me very nervous. (I own a company.)

Silicon Valley has a hightech labor pool that's as small as the size it was back in 1995 before Netscape's IPO, so there's not too much wiggle room with the local supply. There's been pressure on wages this year.

I hope we simply see housing prices stay flat for a decade, rather than seeing wages rise wildly in inflation.
