I sometimes drive a wind-powered vehicle and have found strangely that you pretty much have to drive it where the wind wants you to go. Often you can get where you want to go but sometimes you just can't. Do you suppose that make wind-powered vehicles less attractive? You would think that - wind being free and all - that wind power would be pretty attractive. It hasn't proven to be the case.
