This is common practice...what about merrill lynch and the others who recently were fined for wrongdoing....the fines they paid were a slap on the wrist....and always the argument is that if these companies go down then more jobs and lives would be ruined so they get let off...you have to wonder if these judges don't have some kind of pressure from above
