Well, whatever savings they get from those subsidies are LOST by the incredibly expensive permitting process. This fellow told me that there are TWO blueprints now for building a nuclear power plant and these are both very safe. We could cookie cutter them all over the country if it wasnt so damn expensive and time consuming to get through the permitting process. jdn
